Fabrice PREMONT

Mr Fabrice PREMONT is both the manager of the company called AVENIR PROMOTION and a Architecte DPLG (State and Board registered architect). The company was created in 2001 at the RCS of Soissons as an SARL (LLC equivalent) with a capital of € 110,000. This company has over 17 years of existence and has completed more than 450 homes in the Picardy and Normandy regions, as well as in Morocco.
Since 2015, AP Promotion has also started developing programmes immobiliers on the French Riviera , in a partnership with Christophe Arbeit, a local DPLG architect.
Three of these projects, resulting from their partnership, are currently underway in Antibes, including the first one, "Villa Anina"– which was fully marketed and delivered in 2017, the second one "Le Clos Tonia" – 100% marketed and currently at the start of construction, and" La Baie des Anges" in the process of being marketed.                                                          (below are some of the most recent projects)
